About us

We are a non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening skills and training climbing and mountaineering talents for children and adolescents living in poverty and vulnerability in the highland region of Ancash region in Perú.

Mission:

Our mission is to improve the quality of life of children, adolescents, and young people from low-income backgrounds by fostering their athletic abilities, providing opportunities for training and comprehensive development that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through sports practice, we seek to empower young people to become agents of change in their communities, develop leadership skills, and improve their future prospects.

Furthermore, we actively work on the conservation and protection of the environment in the Cordillera Blanca, promoting initiatives that encourage respect for nature and the sustainable use of natural resources, thus contributing to the preservation of this invaluable ecosystem for present and future generations.

Vision:

To be recognized as a leading organization in promoting mountaineering as a tool for comprehensive development for children and young people from low-income backgrounds. We aspire to foster personal growth and teamwork through this sport, creating ethical role models that drive the well-being and progress of our communities. Through our actions, we seek to strengthen the sense of belonging, respect, and responsibility in new generations.

Furthermore, we are committed to being a fundamental pillar in environmental conservation in the Cordillera Blanca, promoting sustainable practices that ensure the preservation of this unique ecosystem for future generations.
